Even buildings have fan belts

The fresh air ventilation system has a preheater - a series of 8 x 2 kW heaters to take the chill off the air. The fan driving air into the preheater is driven by a fan belt, which was slipping, so not enough air was going past the heating
elements. The elements were therefore overheating and glowing red hot. Dave, our Automotive Sales Manager, fixed this recently.
